Cabin Fever Fest Weekend

Break free from the winter slump and join us in Lanesboro for Cabin Fever Fest, March 14-16, 2025! This action-packed weekend is filled with art, theater, live music, outdoor adventures, and unbeatable food and drink specials. Our Featured Event, The Artist Showcase is on Saturday from 10 AM-3 PM at Paddle On Coffee features talented local artists demonstrating and selling their work, from paintings and wood carvings to stone sculptures and jewelry. Get caught up in an interactive puzzle-room mystery at the Hidden Halls Mystery House, running Friday and Sunday. The Commonweal Theatre brings the drama with Sam Shepard’s “True West”, playing Friday and Saturday evenings with a Sunday matinee. Outdoor lovers can enjoy catch-and-release winter fishing with guided trips from Root River Rod Company, or take in the crisp winter air during a night hike or snowshoe stroll at Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center.

No festival is complete without great food and drinks, and Cabin Fever Fest has plenty to enjoy! Juniper’s is serving up a Friday Fish Fry and Saturday Steak Dinner, while High Court Pub is featuring a Reuben sandwich special, green beer, and Guinness on tap all weekend. Warm up with spiked hot drinks like a Caramel Cream from Home Sweet Home, a Lemon-Honey Hot Toddy at High Court Pub, or Jameson Irish Coffee at Juniper’s. Saturday afternoon, head to Granny’s Liquor for a complimentary Irish whiskey and liqueur tasting. Cap off your evenings with live music—Matt plays at the American Legion on Saturday at 6 PM, followed by Ryan Howe rocking High Court Pub from 7-10 PM.
