Description
The City of Whalan is proud to present a new summer music series: Music in the Bluffs! May-August there will be regular concerts taking place at the Gazebo in Whalan MN. In July we welcome the Root River Jam!
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts & cultural heritage fund.
