About Us

Bluff Country Retreat has two accommodation options. The house offers 4,500 square feet for you and your group to relax and spread out. We also have a Bunk House available for rent that is great for couples, families / groups of 4 or less, or for larger groups who rent the house and need additional space.

The house has 3 bedrooms with 12 twin beds, 4 bathrooms - one for each bedroom and one near the bar, two large living areas, fully supplied kitchen, fully supplied bar, and a meeting room / crafting area. There is a large firepit area, a large charcoal grill, and two patios.

The bunkhouse has a queen bed, a twin bed, a twin pullout, a fully supplied kitchenette for cooking, a full size fridge, one bathroom, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit. This has been a big hit with couples.

The Root River Bike Trail and historic Lanesboro are located just a few miles away. Our retreat is located in a private setting on 80 acres of woodlands and native grasslands with miles of mowed trails throughout the property for your enjoyment. Bluff Country Retreat has the space and flexibility to provide accommodations to groups of varying size.
